Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across all serviceable Indian pincodes for EDC gear, lighters, and jewelry drops. However, all clothing, t-shirts, and streetwear drops are strictly PREPAID ONLY (UPI / Cards / GPay) to safeguard limited custom-batch production and prevent sizing fraud. COD orders receive instant 1-click WhatsApp verification prior to fulfillment.
Tier-1 Metros receive orders in 2–3 business days; Tier-2/3 cities arrive within 3–5 business days. All packages ship via express air courier services (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax). Real-time AWB tracking numbers are sent via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your package leaves the dispatch hub.
Yes, 100% windproof and refillable. Our electronic dual-arc plasma lighters are completely flameless and recharge in 45 minutes using standard USB Type-C. Our mechanical rocker and jet torch lighters use standard universal refill valves compatible with all readily available butane canisters and lighter fluid.
Never. NOTBASIC jewelry is cast strictly from 316L medical-grade stainless steel and solid titanium alloys. It is completely sweatproof, pool-safe, shower-safe, and hypoallergenic. It will never oxidise, rust, tarnish, or cause skin discoloration.
Our pop-up card wallets use aviation-grade aluminum hard shells that act as an electromagnetic Faraday barrier. This blocks 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC frequencies, preventing handheld wireless skimmers from reading your debit, credit, or metro transit card chips while the wallet is closed.
Every order is backed by a 7-Day Hassle-Free Doorstep Replacement Guarantee. If your item has transit damage, manufacturing defects, or sizing discrepancies, simply chat with our WhatsApp helpdesk or email support@notbasic.online with a quick unboxing photo for an instant replacement pickup.
